During the workshop there will be opportunity to share about your inner experience with the group, should you wish to do so. It's not essential though, you can privately reflect in response to the prompts Anna will provide. Let’s make this a safe space for all of us by keeping any information and art shared by other participants to ourselves.

Anna will keep all information and art shared private and confidential. If the group agrees, Anna may take some photo’s on the day for marketing purposes.

I may share certain details of your this Workshop experience with my supervisor. The focus of supervision is on further developing my skills. Supervisors are also bound by Privacy and Confidentiality.

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the Workshop.

You will be issued an invoice once full payment is received. If you require invoices at other intervals, please let Anna know anna@annawpsychology.com

If Anna needs to cancel the workshop, an alternate date will be offered. You will have the option of a refund should the new date not work for you.
If you need to cancel, there are options:

· your payment can be transferred to a future Workshop

· a full refund will be offered where there is more than 2 weeks notice

· 50% refund will be offered with less than 2 weeks notice (unless your space can be filled by another participant)

· No refund where there is 48 hours notice or less

If a minimum of 2 participants is not reached, the workshop will not go ahead and your money will be refunded or attributed to a future workshop, as per your preference.
